Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for any damages, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
